The Brewers season ended earlier this month with a two-game sweep in Los Angeles, with a lack of offensive productivity plaguing the lineup all season. The front office will hope to address that between the 2021 MLB Draft and their farm system, and we now know where the Crew will select in the First-Year Player Draft .
Milwaukee is right in the middle of the majors for their first selection at 15th overall, or at least they would be if the Houston Astros had any first-round picks which courtesy of the cheating scandal they do not. They will also have the 50th selection in the second round.
Back in June, the Brewers selected UCLA outfielder Garrett Mitchell with the 20th overall pick and Miami (FL) shortstop Freddy Zamora at #53.
