Packers RB Aaron Jones; CB Kevin King OUT vs Vikings; Dalvin Cook In

The fine folks at SportsLine have the Packers as six and a half point favorites going into Sunday’s match up against Minnesota. But some key pieces on both sides of the ball will be out this weekend for Green Bay.

Both running back Aaron Jones and cornerback Kevin King have been ruled out this week; this will be King’s third game in a row he’ll miss since his injury against Atlanta. Jones is missing his second straight contest.

In other injury news, head coach Matt LaFleur says he has not had a chance to speak with his kicker Mason Crosby about his status; the veteran placekicker has played in 214 straight games, but is questionable with both back and calf injuries. Nick Vogel is coming in to work out with the team tomorrow, and Crosby today was kicking inside the Don Hutson Center in Green Bay while his teammates were outdoors.

The Vikings meanwhile are getting back running back Dalvin Cook; Cook hasn’t played since leaving the Seahawks game on October 11th, and has 489 yards and seven touchdowns this season.
