Earlier this week, the Viterbo women kicked off the 2020 season with a win over Culver-Stockton, and yesterday the men responded with a victory of their own.
Looking to break into the win column for the first time this year, the V-Hawk men shot 47% from 3 against Cardinal Stritch, with all five of their starters scoring in double figures. Jack Monis led scoring with 20 points in an 88-62 blowout win. Viterbo also picked up the pace on defense compared to their two losses; 28 points were generated for the V-Hawks via 17 forced turnovers.
Viterbo hosts an invitational starting November 20th.
