Packer WR Davante Adams Misses Practice (Ankle)

By Adam Roberts – 11/18/2020

Something to keep an eye on as we get close to the Packers road trip to Indianapolis will be the practice status of wide receiver Davante Adams, who missed the main portion of practice today.

ESPN’s Rob Demovsky says that Adams was present at the team stretch inside the Don Hutson Center, but was not outside for team drills today. Fellow wideout Equanimeous St. Brown, back/return man Tyler Ervin, and defensive end Montravius Adams were also non-participants today.

Adams missed a portion of the second half last Sunday against Jacksonville, but finished with 66 yards and the eventual game-winning touchdown.

Lazard Time?

Another wide receiver struggling with the injury bug is Allen Lazard, but he was a drill participant today in his first day back with the 53 man roster. However, head coach Matt LaFleur has said that the team will be taking things slow with Lazard given the nature of his core injury, a setback with a difficult recovery. Cornerback Jaire Alexander was also practicing today.
