We continue to follow how winter sports will shake out in our area as it pertains to the pandemic, but basketball continues to roll on at Viterbo University for the time being.
Last night, the men’s team opened up their Viterbo Invitational with a 70-67 over Clarke University. Things got close late in the game after the V-Hawks have an 11 point lead at one point in the first half. Onalaska-native Noah Fredrickson was one of three V-Hawks with 11 points last night, along with Jack Monis and Lowdon Rockweiler.
The Viterbo Invitational continues this evening as the V-Hawks play Cardinal Stritch. Viterbo already has one win over C-S, an 88-62 road win back on November 11th.
