Giannis ‘Not Satisfied’ After One Championship

By Adam Roberts – 9/28/2021

Even though a big crowd was on hand for the Milwaukee Bucks’ victory parade downtown following their NBA Finals victory this year, the team will be the first to tell you they don’t want it to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for themselves and fans.

You can also count Giannis Antetokounmpo among those who want to run the whole thing back.

When asked if the Bucks were content after winning the 2021 NBA championship, Antetokounmpo said, “I’m not satisfied. I’m not even close to being satisfied.” The Greek superstar also said that he doesn’t want to spend too much time thinking about last year.

Antetokounmpo averaged 35-point-2 points and 13-point-2 rebounds per game in the NBA Finals and won Finals MVP.

Milwaukee opens the preseason at Fiserv Forum October 10th against Oklahoma City.
